Ebooks are delivered instantly. As soon as your order is confirmed you'll receive an email from BookFunnel with a download link, and you can read on any device — Kindle, Kobo, phone, tablet, or computer. There's no shipping and nothing to wait for.

If the email hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Contact me and I'll get your book to you.

Audiobooks

Audiobooks are delivered the same way — instantly by email through BookFunnel, ready to stream or download.

Paperbacks — printed just for you

Paperbacks are printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting; your copy is manufactured after you buy it, by my print partner Lulu.

That means two stages, not one:

Printing: 5–7 business days
Shipping: depends on destination — see below

Your total wait is printing time plus shipping time.

Estimated shipping times

Once your book leaves the printer:

United States: 3–8 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days
Everywhere else: 10–21 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, and holiday periods can add time.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it's going. You'll see the exact cost before you pay. Books ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and their international partners depending on destination.

Ordering both an ebook and a paperback

Order both and your ebook arrives immediately by email — you can start reading straight away while the paperback is printed and shipped. You're only charged shipping on the physical part of your order.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may attract import duties or taxes charged by your country. These aren't included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility. I have no way to calculate or waive them.

Getting your address right

Because books are printed and dispatched automatically, I can't change a shipping address once printing has started. If you spot a mistake, contact me immediately and I'll change it if the order hasn't entered production yet.

Orders returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address can be reshipped, but the reprint and postage would need to be paid again.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your book is dispatched. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.

If something goes wrong

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't arrive at all, contact me within 30 days with your order number and — for damage or misprints — a photo. I'll arrange a replacement. You won't be asked to send the damaged copy back.

Returns

Digital books (ebooks and audiobooks) can't be returned once the download link has been sent. Paperbacks are covered by the Return Policy.
